We collect the following categories of information:

• billing information processed by our payment providers
• User Content you upload or create, including prompts, images, poses, scenes, and projects
• communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback

Information collected automatically:

• device and browser information, including IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type
• usage data such as pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and referring URLs
• crash logs and diagnostic data
• approximate location derived from IP address
• cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

Information from third parties:

We may receive information from providers such as:

• authentication and sign-in providers you choose to connect
• payment processors
• analytics providers
• cloud hosting providers
• AI model or infrastructure partners

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• authenticate you and secure your account
• process payments and manage subscriptions
• generate, process, and deliver outputs you request
• improve, personalize, and develop features and performance
• communicate with you about updates, security, and support
• send marketing messages where permitted (you can opt out at any time)
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

To deliver AI-assisted features, your inputs (such as prompts, reference images, and poses) are processed by our own systems and by third-party AI inference providers.

PoseDraw's commitment. We do not currently use your User Content to train our own AI models. If we change this practice, we will update this Policy, provide notice, and obtain consent or offer an opt-out where required by applicable law.

Third-party providers. When your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers to deliver requested features, those providers handle that data under their own terms. Providers may retain inputs and outputs briefly to operate their services, and some may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve their platforms. We select providers with reasonable data-handling practices and encourage you to review their policies for details.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content you do not have rights to use.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers: cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and AI providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy
• With your consent: when you direct us to share information with a third party

We operate from Canada and may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our service providers are located. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect transferred information.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• keep you signed in and remember preferences
• measure traffic and usage through analytics (including Google Analytics)
• improve performance and reliability

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. PoseDraw does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

When you make a purchase, the information you provide to these providers is handled under their own privacy policies and security standards. We receive limited data such as transaction identifiers, billing country, and card type to operate and support your subscription.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain information longer where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information as described in Section 10.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• access the personal information we hold about you
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• delete your personal information
• object to or restrict certain processing
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• request a portable copy of your information
• lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Residents of Canada have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

The Services are not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law without verifiable parental consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services or by email. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
